Committed to State-of-the-Art & Comfortable Dental Experiences
- Digital X-Rays: Better images, less radiation
- No more poking & prodding thanks to air polishing
- Painless laser gum therapy
Thanks to our intraoral camera, both our team and our patients are able to get an unprecedented look at their smiles. Slightly bigger than a pen, this device fits comfortably in the mouth to capture high-resolution images of the teeth and gums that can be instantly displayed on a chairside monitor. Now, you’ll be able to see your smile the exact same way your dentist does, making it easy for them to point out problem areas, discuss possible treatments, and answer any questions you might have.
Soft Tissue Laser
While you might think that lasers are mostly found in science-fiction, our team actually uses them every day to take care of Savannah smiles. Our handheld soft tissue laser emits a beam of light we can use to remove harmful bacteria from below the gum line or even excess gum tissue, without affecting the gums themselves. The instrument emits almost no heat, sound, or vibration, meaning it’s very easy for a patient to remain comfortable the entire time.
X-rays allow our team to spot the earliest signs of dental problems even before they can be seen with the naked eye. Since upgrading to digital X-rays, we’ve been able to save our patients time as well as give them more peace of mind during appointments. It only takes seconds for them to generate highly-detailed images, and the process emits about 90% less radiation compared to traditional film radiography, which many parents with small children love to hear.
Prophy Air Polishing
If you’ve ever been to the dentist, then you probably remember them using a dental pick to remove stubborn tartar and plaque deposits from your teeth. Many patients dislike this sensation, which is why we’re happy to offer a gentler alternative. With air polishing, a steady stream of air filled with tiny silica particles is used to quickly buff any debris off the enamel without a patient needing to be poked or prodded.
