If you experience discomfort when biting down or pressure sensitivity, the decay could have progressed to a point where a filling is necessary, if not a more thorough treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Small Brown Flecks or Pits on Your Teeth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes, you can see the damage on the surface of your enamel. If you notice visible holes, pits, or dark spots on your teeth, it\u2019s a good indication of tooth decay.
